Join the Willard Area Chamber of Commerce in honoring the memory of 9/11/2001 by planting an American Flag at the home of each Willard resident. Flags and maps are provided for each group/family of volunteers. Flag and map pick-up is at Freedom Bank of Southern Missouri on Saturday, September 10th from 5:00PM - 6:30PM.
